Sunday agian working day all day on roads.
Night driver came 25 mins late. I was ready and waiting from near about 35mins. He got a passenger oposite driection from my home so thatswhy he was late. After drop off him i went to airport to strat my shift. I reached there near about 5.30. Not to many cars over there. was doing 80 km/h which was under the speed limit as it was, when an elderly woman pulled out without looking behind her. I slammed on the brakes and got the car down to 60 km/h before I hit her in the rear. The impact forced her car to end up on the grass on the other side of the road.
She claimed to have hit her head in the accident but the police found no evidence of it and put it down to her trying to pass blame. As I hit her from behind she claimed the accident was my fault. The policed proved otherwise.
I was 26 weeks pregnant so I was taken to the hospital by the ambulance for an over night observation. Thankfully my baby was fine, but I could have lost him.
